These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging programs operated by BJO Ventures LLC ("BJO," "we," "us," "our"). By providing your mobile number to BJO through any of our programs, you agree to these terms.
BJO Ventures LLC operates one or more SMS messaging programs. Every program we operate is transactional — messages are tied to a specific account, appointment, or service request you have initiated with us or with one of our operating-business partners. We do not send marketing or promotional content through these programs.
The list of programs we currently operate, together with each program's specific recipient, opt-in mechanism, message types, and frequency cap, is published at bjoventuresllc.com/sms-programs.html. That page is updated when programs are added or modified. The terms in this document apply to all programs we operate, present and future.
You opt in to a BJO Ventures SMS program through that program's specifically defined consent mechanism, which may include:
The specific opt-in mechanism for each active program is documented on our SMS Messaging Programs page. Consent is never assumed; we add a number to a program only after the recipient has gone through that program's opt-in process. Where the program is offered alongside another service (for example, a quote request through a partner business), consent to SMS is not a condition of receiving that service.
Message frequency varies by program and by your interaction with us. The current frequency cap for each active program is published on our SMS Messaging Programs page. In all cases, messages are sent only in connection with a specific account, appointment, or service request.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier will apply to any messages sent to or received from BJO Ventures. BJO is not responsible for any charges your carrier bills you for participating in our programs. Please consult your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel any BJO Ventures SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message from BJO Ventures and you will be unsubscribed. After you send STOP, we will send you one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further SMS messages from us in connection with that program unless you opt back in by contacting us, by submitting a new service request, or by re-enrolling in the relevant program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major US carriers.
Your privacy is important to us. Information you provide, including your mobile phone number, is used only to deliver the messages described in these Terms and to provide the services you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, consent information, or any other personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile device, or have permission from the account holder, to enroll in any BJO Ventures SMS program.
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
