This Privacy Policy describes how BJO Ventures LLC ("BJO," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information across its services and SMS messaging programs.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the specific service or messaging program you have engaged with. Categories of information may include:

• Contact information — name, mobile phone number, email address.
• Business information — if you are a business owner enrolling in one of our automation programs, the business name, role, address, and tax identification details required to operate your account.
• Transactional information — information you provide or generate while using a program (such as invoice details, appointment dates, or service requests). The exact fields depend on the program.
• Technical information — device, carrier, and message-delivery metadata generated automatically by the SMS infrastructure we use to send and receive messages.

The specific data we collect for any given program is described on our SMS Messaging Programs page. We collect data directly from you, or from a third party who has lawfully directed you to us (such as a service provider whose form you submitted).

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect only to:

• Operate the specific program or service you have enrolled in or interacted with.
• Send the transactional notifications described in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
• Communicate with you about your account, request, or appointment.
• Maintain accurate records, audit trails, and operational logs for the services we provide.
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.

We do not use mobile numbers, consent information, or any personal information collected through SMS programs for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. SMS messaging and consent

BJO Ventures LLC operates one or more SMS messaging programs. Each program is transactional and tied to a specific service the recipient has requested or enrolled in. The list of currently active programs, together with each program's specific opt-in mechanism, message types, frequency cap, and opt-out instructions, is published at bjoventuresllc.com/sms-programs.html. That page is updated when programs are added or modified.

Across all programs:

• Recipients are added to a messaging program only after providing affirmative consent through that program's defined opt-in mechanism (for example, a signed engagement agreement, a phone-call consent, or a clearly-labeled consent checkbox on a web form). Consent is never assumed.
• Message frequency varies by program and by your interaction with us.
• Standard mobile carrier message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

We will never share your mobile number, consent information, or any other personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information listed above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us operate our programs (such as hosting, accounting, scheduling, CRM, and SMS delivery providers), solely so they can perform their services for us.
• Operating-business partners whose service you have specifically requested or whose program you have enrolled in — for example, a service provider whose contact form you submitted, a licensed professional you booked an appointment with, or third-party accounting and payment systems an enrolled business owner has explicitly authorized through OAuth.
• Government, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities if we are legally required to disclose information.

The exact set of partners we share information with depends on the program. Where applicable, specific partner relationships are documented on the program page at /sms-programs.html.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to operate the relevant program, provide ongoing service, and comply with applicable legal, audit, and tax obligations. After that period, we delete or anonymize the information unless retention is required by law. You may request deletion of non-required personal information at any time by contacting us.

7. Your rights

You may contact us at any time to:

• Review the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of personal information not required to be retained by law.
• Opt out of SMS messaging (reply STOP to any message, or contact us directly).

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request deletion. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transit, access controls on our internal systems, and audit logging on state-changing actions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

9. Children

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by other means.
